Express Plumbing

We want to thank Roger for picking up the phone on a Sunday night and sending Jack over to fix our burst pipe! Jack finished the job super efficiently. We highly recommend Express Plumbing.

Both plumbers did a good inspection of a plumbing problem caused by my neighbours Silver Birch growing over the shared sewer which he refuses to remove, causing me huge expense and worry. I am editing my review. I was referred to Express Plumbing by John Kelly, the Hobart City councillor . I had the impression Roger was possibly able to help in some way through his contacts in the Council. He gave me this impression too. I rang regularly , each time the person concerned hadn’t replied. Roger didn’t ever say he couldn’t help. last time he asked for the neighbour’s email address, unfortunately I ended up with the impression, I was being strung along. He was also very amiable. Mark and Pete the plumbers, came earlier to inspect my problem, it cost me $200 and basically told me what I already knew. If I had not been given the wrong impression to begin with, it would have saved me a lot to anxiety and time. Being told I am sorry , I understand how difficult the neighbour is, who won’t pay his share of the plumbing bills when the roots of his Silver Birch block the sewer, I would have been happy. I have no idea why this happened, unless he thought I was just a stupid female, but I won’t be choosing Express Plumbing in future.

I couldn’t fault the experience with Express Plumbing. Adam arrived exactly when he said he would. He carried out the replacement of my hot-water cylinder cleanly and efficiently. I was so relieved and grateful to have the issue solved so quickly. Thank you.

I had a blocked sewage pipe on the Monday of the June long weekend & phoned up in the morning & the guy was on his way to another job & said he'd come asap. He arrived roughly when he said he was going to. I cant remember his name but he was very good & very professional & cleared the blockage which took a bit of time but he made sure it was cleared properly before he left. I definitely would recommend Express Plumbing to people.

Patrick was very quick to attend to our burst pipe at our accommodation. He was able to provide a temporary fix as we had guests arriving within the hour. He came back a few days later to fix permanently. Overall great service and super relieved to have the pipe attended to so quickly (within 20 mins of initial call on a weekend). Thank you Patrick!

The plumbers arrived on time after giving us a call to tell us when they would arrive. They did the job very quickly and efficiently and left the worksite clean and tidy. Very happy with the service.

The business name is very appropriate. They arrived within 25 mins after my call & took another 20 mins to unblock the main drain. An excellent and speedy job.
