Fitzgerald Plumbing

Gas fitting, hot water systems and general plumbing work form the core of what this Maitland business handles, and the accounts gathered from customers return again and again to the same strengths. Several reviewers describe the advice they received as knowledgeable and patient, with options explained clearly before any work began, and praise the willingness of staff to talk through technical problems encountered mid-job. Punctuality and responsiveness come up often, including a burst pipe that was attended to and repaired quickly after a single call.

Named team members feature prominently: Curtis is repeatedly thanked for his explanations and finish on tap, shower and drain work, while Jen and Jenny are credited with keeping customers informed about bookings, and Brian with walking a household through the required repairs. Tidiness is another recurring theme, with work areas left clean and installations described as properly completed. Reviewers note that quotes were fair and that jobs were finished to a standard they were pleased with, ranging from gas cooktop installation to repairing a leaking pipe inside a wall. The same names and the same themes appear across the feedback, which centres on gas appliances, hot water and drainage repairs.

Highly recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing for friendly and knowledgeable service both by Receptionist and Plumber. Curtis serviced shower taps, shower head and stopped whistling noise. Great advice given during repairs.

Curtis was great, arrived on time (early actually), was very helpful and fixed my issue in no time. Would highly recommend. I will definitely use them again.

I'm very happy with Fitzgerald Plumbing. I've used them for a range of different jobs from installing a new gas cooktop to repairing a leaking water pipe inside a wall. These plumbers are professional. They are prompt and very good at solving technical challenges encountered through a job, and communicating those issues to me. And the jobs always had the finishing touches applied. I'm very pleased with the work they performed.

We have used Fitzgerald plumbing a couple of times now and cannot recommend them enough. Great service reliable and great communicators. An honest local small business who do offer 5 star service.

I’m not someone that normally writes reviews but I couldn’t be more impressed of the work Ryan and his team at Fitzgerald plumbing completed at my house. I was frantic when my house was flooding from the roof, which turned out to be a burst water pipe. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, their professionalism, responsiveness and efficiency was second to none. They arrived on time(in fact early) and thank god they did or I could be floating out to sea. They clearly explained the issue, and walked me through the repair options and process without any pressure. They repaired the burst pipe in no time at all and saved more damages to my house. They left the area spotless and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving and they did it all with a smile on their face and let me tell you I wouldn’t be smiling with the job they had to do. Their pricing was amazing with no hidden costs what they quote is what it is and in fact they saved me money from more damages. It’s rare to find a plumber who is not only skilled at what they do but also courteous and trustworthy. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future needs!
