Gold Coast City Plumbing

Installation work on hot water systems and drainage tasks features regularly in feedback for this Gold Coast plumbing business, with Shane and his offsider Chet earning consistent praise. Emergency callouts attract frequent comment, whether the job involves a blocked drain, a failing water heater or a leaking tap, and reviewers note that expected arrival times were honoured. Communication before and after the work is mentioned repeatedly, with explanations provided while the task was underway and reviewed again once finished.

Tidiness afterwards is a point that comes up often, alongside practical guidance offered on site and charges seen as sensible for the standard achieved, including a tap repair completed without a call-out fee. The jobs recounted cover bathroom renovation with bath and toilet plumbing, drain clearing, outdoor tap replacement, a leak traced beneath a pergola slab, a new hot water system and preventative attention to external taps before issues emerged. Long-standing clients refer to dependable service across many years and satisfying results each time, while gasfitting and kitchen and bathroom work complete the range of services described.

Thank you Gold Coast City Plumbing for a fantastic service on replacing the hot water system. Very professional and friendly service I can highly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing problems.

Great job done by Shane and his apprentice chet, very professional and efficient, cleaned up after themselves and was the best price after having 6 quotes from different companies. Top blokes!

Initial call-out with Shane was brilliant. Very efficient and provided great solutions for a rather tricky situation. Looking forward to the final results.

Shane and his apprentice were great They answered my call in a timely manner they were on time on the day They cleaned up after themselves and very efficient and very pleasant to talk to. I had 3 no shows prior to contacting Shane and I will definitely be using him again I highly recommend him Regards Robyn Murphy

We had a leak that needed repairing and contacted a couple of plumbers. The first never turned up and the second quoted an exorbitant price. Then Shane was recommended to us. He came out to assess the leak the day we called him and was back with his apprentice (Chet) first thing the following morning to fix the problem. Both Shane and Chet are prompt, efficient and are proper tradesmen who really know their trade. They fix the problem without any fuss, leave the job site clean and their charges are very reasonable. If you have any plumbing problems, do yourself a favour and call Shane first. You will not be disappointed.

Shane has attended my home many times over the years, the past work that he carried out was for my bathroom renovation, installing all the plumbing required, including the bath and toilet. He also located and fixed a water leak that was under my pergola slab. Recently Shane unblocked a drain and replaced an outdoor tap for me. Each time Shane has been professional, courteous and trustworthy. I’ve been very happy with his work. I can confidently recommend Gold Coast City Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
