Hicks Plumbing Townsville

Installation and construction-stage involvement stands out in feedback for this Townsville plumbing team. Jordan, named repeatedly, is credited with guiding new-home builds so that elements such as household water filtration, irrigation and rainwater capture are planned in from the outset rather than added later, a point a handful of customers describe as saving them considerable trouble. Fitting work comes up often too, spanning kitchen sinks, basins, toilet suites and hot water units, alongside roof repairs, all reported as neatly executed with the site left clean afterwards.

Builders and property managers note that the team attends when it says it will and finishes tasks without needing to be chased, which keeps projects moving. Clear quotes and fair charges recur as a theme, with one customer mentioning a tap replacement done without an added cost. Communication is described as straightforward and responsive, and reviewers frequently remark on the courteous, no-fuss manner of those on site. Practical extras, such as assistance with sprinkler systems, are also acknowledged. Jordan's efficient, professional approach and the reliable workmanship of the wider crew give customers confidence to engage the business for subsequent plumbing jobs.

As a builder I use a lot of trades and reliability is everything. These guys turn up when they say they will, do the work properly, and I never have to chase them. Clean site, tidy workmanship, no dramas. Makes my job a lot easier. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and completed the job to a high standard. Great communication, fair pricing, and quality workmanship. Highly recommend!

We use Jordan for all our plumbing work. Always does great work! Reliable and professional

Jordan and the Hicks Plumbing team assisted on our new home build. They offered advice and consultation services to ensure everything was captured in the design to allow for optimised execution of the project. Jordan pointed out the finer things, like house water filtration, irrigation and rain water collection that when captured in the design stage saved us in the long run if we tried to implement post build. Thanks Hicks Plumbing Townsville!

Jordan's professionalism & speed of installation is impressive 10/10

We had the pleasure of dealing with Jordan and his excellent team of Plumbers. From the very first contact we were given straight to the point professional advice. The installation of the new hot water tank was of the highest standard and the tradesmen that installed it were very professional and they cleaned up behind themselves and they took off their shoes when they entered the house.

Cannot fault these guys at all. Always professional, friendly, knowledgeable. I definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing jobs. Can’t thank you enough for the speedy job. Same day booking was very much appreciated.
