Hobart Drain Cleaning & Plumbing

Hobart Drain Cleaning & Plumbing draws consistent praise for the way Jeff handles drain work across the city, with reviewers returning to the same themes across a range of jobs. Customers writing about their orders describe blocked drains, sewer blockages and stormwater problems cleared after an initial phone call, often on the same day and sometimes late in the evening, including at least one urgent callout outside ordinary hours.

A theme running through the feedback is the clear pricing: customers describe fixed quotes given before work starts and fees that match what was agreed, with no hidden charges. A number of reviews mention that Jeff explains what he is doing and why the blockage occurred, checks for underlying issues with a camera, and takes care in the garden and around plants.

Beyond clearing drains, the reviews cover a leaking toilet, a cracked sewer, a kitchen mixer replacement and rubble or root growth in pipes. Reliability, punctuality, efficiency and a polite manner are noted again and again, along with advice given on the spot. Customers describe repeat callouts over months and say they pass the details on to friends and family, with hotel staff among those whose sewer was attended to promptly.

Fantastic service. I had an urgent sewage drain issue and Jeff at HDC was professional with all aspects of the job. He arrived on time and even came back the next day to resolve further issues. He will be my first call in the future.

Jeff is a hardworking guy that solves my problems quickly. My drain was blocked and he quickly quoted a fixed price job and got it done in a single trip. No hidden fees, no variable charges and no drama. It just made my life so easy.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff from hobart drain cleaning and plumbing today. I needed him to clear a blocked drain. Very nice bloke, prompt, efficient and thorough. He explained what he was doing and also the causes for the problem. I am so glad with today's outcome and I would not hesitate to use him again. I'd also get the word out too to friends and family.

I have asked Jeff on two separate occasions to work on my house.First time for a sewerage block at 8pm on a Sunday night! And weeks later, as I was so impressed with Jeff’s attitude, care of my garden and plants, politeness and work ethic when my stormwater blocked I again phoned him. Not a problem! I would, and have, recommend Jeff to anyone who needs pipes cleaned of rubble and root growth or plumbing work. David G Blackmans Bay

Our drain blocked and sent water through the laundry and onto the lounge carpet. I contacted Jeff at HDC who came and after some challenges managed to successfully clear the tricky blockage. He was highly capable and a pleasure to deal with. Strongly recommend his services.

Jeff was great and immediately attended to our blocked sewer on the same day. Would highly recommend, especially in an emergency situation! Vincent Mercuri, Macquarie Hobart Hotel
