Hounsell Plumbing

Households and property owners around Wagga Wagga repeatedly turn to this plumbing team for hot water replacements, gas heating advice and septic system work, and the feedback that comes back is consistently warm. Tom is the staff member most often named, with customers describing him as approachable and willing to explain the options before any work begins. Across gutter installations, rubble drains and distribution pits, several reviewers note that the job was completed to a high standard and that the site was left clean and tidy afterwards.

Reliability and punctuality stand out: people describe quick responses by phone, text and email, work fitted into the schedule promptly when something was urgent, and short waits before a job was attended to. Pricing is mentioned as fair and reasonable, with no sense that costs were inflated. Communication before and after each job is a point that comes up often, particularly the ongoing guidance offered on gas heating choices. Expertise and practical advice, combined with genuine friendliness, leave customers confident that the work has been done properly, and many return for subsequent jobs rather than looking elsewhere.
