Hunter Emergency Licensed Plumbing - HELP

Maitland residents frequently call on this plumbing team for urgent and planned work alike, and the reports that come back are consistently warm. Mitch is the name that recurs most often across the feedback, praised for answering the phone when others would not, arriving when he says he will, and explaining each step to householders, including elderly relatives, in plain language.

Customers in several reviews describe the same pattern: a problem is diagnosed, options are laid out, and the final bill matches what was discussed. The work itself spans blocked drains and stormwater overflows, corroded taps and burst pipes, a septic and drainage installation in a rural setting, a sump pump, gutters and downpipes, and a new water meter. More than one review highlights that jobs are finished on the day or rescheduled quickly when consent from a property owner is needed first.

Tidiness earns its own comments, with one account noting that the site was cleaned before the van left. Alongside Mitch, Aiden is singled out for the standard of his workmanship, and office staff are described as friendly and easy to deal with. Quotes are called fair, even for after-hours call-outs, and customers say they have returned for second and third jobs.

really impressed with the service, considering it was a late notice. highly recommended

Mitch sorted our plumbing problem very quickly over the weekend. He kept us informed of the job throughout by phone and he and his team are polite and professional..I recommend these guys

Exceptionally prompt and professional service. Resolved urgent blockage and recommended additional work to clear pipe. Mitch was understanding of the need to get consent from the owner before any further work could be completed. In the interim the blockage resulted in an overflow that required urgent follow up. Mitch was flexible and scheduled in the repairs the next morning to resolve the issue.

We need an emergency plumber on Good Friday. Thought it would be a nightmare finding one. Mitch answered his phone, turned up on time, was friendly and professional. He was transparent with costs and kept us informed of what was needed. Will 100% use Mitch and H.E.L.P again. Very happy with the service provided.

Mitch from Hunter Emergency Licensed Plumbing was outstanding. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly with zero fuss. Clear communication and top‑quality workmanship. If you need a plumber you can trust, Mitch is your guy. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Mitch from HELP highly enough and if I could give more 🌟 I would. I called him after hours, he arrived super quickly and got straight to work on fixing a broken water pipe in my backyard The job was done efficiently with no fuss at all. He even cleaned up afterward. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable, especially given the after-hours call-out. Professional, reliable, and genuinely helpful—exactly what you want when something goes wrong with your plumbing. Thanks again Mitch! Would 100% use him again and recommend to anyone needing a great local plumber.

We have used HELP on several occasions now and have found them very prompt and professional, we will continue to use them as required.
