We had an old, complex, gas-boosted solar hot water system that needed replacing. After much deliberation and many questions answered by Rhys, we decided on an electric heat pump hws. Every step of the process was professionally and expertly handled, from quoting to installation to after-sales service. Rhys and his team were trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable, experienced. I highly recommend Rhys he went above and beyond including a desperate weekend callout. He arrived promptly and repaired a gas hotwater system - others would either not come or could not fix. I subsequently got a heat pump system installed through Illawater and they were prompt, courteous and helpful. Offering me a good price with government rebates and deduction of initial emergency callout.
