Image One Plumbing

Hot water tank replacement and bathroom plumbing sit at the centre of the work described by customers of Image One Plumbing, and the same tradesman is named across the feedback. Michael is singled out repeatedly for the standard of his workmanship and for the guidance he offers on site, with one household describing how he resolved a shower problem and explained the options along the way.

Several reviewers describe a burst hot water tank that was replaced the same day it failed, including on the eve of a public holiday, and the speed of that response is a point that comes up often. Punctuality and reliability feature prominently, with customers noting that Michael arrives when he says he will and completes the task without complications.

Communication is described as clear from the first call through to the finished job, and the manner in which he deals with householders is consistently described as friendly and professional. A bathroom installation in North Hobart is also mentioned as having been carried out to a high standard, with the site left tidy afterwards. The pattern across the feedback is a licensed plumber who handles hot water systems and general plumbing repairs, keeps householders informed and leaves the work in good order.

Michael was very professional and got the job done with no issues. 100% recommend if you're looking for a plumber around Hobart.
