Jason Miekus Plumbing & Drainage

Punctuality and dependability emerge as the qualities customers bring up most often when describing this Townsville plumbing and drainage operation. Jason Miekus and his team are repeatedly commended for arriving when they say they will, whether the job is an urgent water leak in a bathroom or the preplumb and fitout of a new house construction. Various customers describe quick investigative work to locate hidden leaks, with repairs completed efficiently once the source is found. Several accounts note clear communication throughout the job, including explanations of what was being done, where the problem lay and what to expect from ageing pipework in the future.

The standard of workmanship draws consistent praise, with one customer noting the pipe no longer leaks, while others describe a hardworking crew that delivers a quality finish. Fair dealing is another common thread, with customers remarking that pricing felt honest and that extra work discovered mid-job was handled without fuss. Named staff are treated warmly, Jason himself appearing in multiple accounts as courteous, responsive and willing to go the extra distance. Repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals feature strongly, with several households declaring the team their regular plumber and recommending them to family, friends and neighbours.

Great service, will definitely be our go to plumber from now on, many thanks.

Very knowledgeable and efficient. Reasonable price too, will continue to call Jason for any future plumbing issues

Prompt, courteous, did a good job (the pipe doesn't leak any more!) and didn't try to rip me off. Definitely 5 star service.

Brilliant service! Highly recommended. Theses guys get in and work hard to do a quality job.

Very prompt, competent and reliable service from Jason and his team. Someone you can trust with big or small jobs. Highly recommend.

Jason was easy to arrange the installation of my gas hot water system. He was able to fit us in quickly , to assist our urgent need. Job was done neatly and according to regulations for this install (industrial shed)

Jason was great to deal with. Very professional, helpful and honest - didn't try to fix the things that didn't need fixing... He turned up when he said he would and did all the work to very high standard. Will definitely call him again and highly recommend his business. Sonya
