Highly recommended. Competitor wanted to charge me $3600 for a full boiler replacement with all the usual salesperson garbage. Nela was polite, honest and only charged me for a call out fee and damaged valve replacement, found the issue to be mainly electrical and non boiler related, saving me over $3000. Great job mate 👍

Called about a blocked pipe, and they came in one day and fixed it. I highly recommend using these guys.

Despite the plumber's best efforts and it being quite messy (as our water main was destroyed and it was at night), we were advised our issue couldn't be fixed until the morning. If we had left it - we would have had water damage to the house. The plumber also informed us that he didn't want to damage his tools to fix the burst, an observation I'd prefer he'd stated upon arrival. Neither the company nor the plumber were upfront about the callout fee and we had to seek out other assistance that night.

When our sewer pipe began overflowing into the house on a Friday morning, we were worried we would have to spend the weekend somewhere else. But after a quick call to the Ken Barnes IHW team, they had not one but TWO plumbers at our house within a few hours. They were quick, helpful, knowledgeable, and did such a good job, we want to highly recommend them to everyone. Customer service was kind, but our plumber decided it was a better idea to try and remove our toilet instead of checking inspection points of the building itself. It turns out it was a problem with our building, and we had strata fix our plumbing issue by checking the inspection points, so it would've needless and excessive to remove our toilet, prolonging all of us in relieving ourselves. Giving two stars because this is just unprofessional.

Highly recommend!. I had a plumber here and fixed the issue within 1 hour of my phone call. It was just a thermostat on my hot water system. This was after I had another apparently trustworthy larger local business look at it and say the whole system needed replacing at a cost of over $4k.
