We had the best experience with this company from the office staff to the boys on the ground very knowledgeable, efficient and bloody good at their jobs, from having no water the day before to having leak detection out to find the leak and the boys to fix it big thank you to Jai and Mal great couple of lads both hard working and awesome at what they do !!!!

Wholeheartedly i can recommend Oakland Plumbing enough, this not only because of their qualified tradesman and company ethics but also the excellent office coordinator Susan that was able to liaise by going above and beyond to facilitate the process between  myself other owners of the complex and the most difficult part for us owners with the body corporate. The leak in-between my wall and next door neighbour had been an ongoing issue for over a year, from it finally getting to BC's attention and where other plumbing companies contracted by BC failed to find the problem Oakland Plumbings found it I am immensely grateful to all of them because without their expertise, availability , care and pride for their customers getting the problem resolved would never have happened so easily and  stress with ought them Thank you so much Anna

Prompt efficient service by Kai to diagnose bathroom taps problem and check other taps in the home. As seniors we did not receive call backs from any other plumber in our area but Oakland did despite it beng only a small job.

Communication was terrific and prompt. Service was friendly, courteous and efficient. Ben was really good. Overall will engage again if and when the opportunity presents itself.

The whole team at Oakland Plumbing have been incredible. Susan was so quick and caring are arranging for our hot water system to be replaced the same day I spoke with her. The guys that came out to replace the system were amazing, very polite and kind.

Okaland Plumber really opened my eyes. If your English isn’t great, like mine, and you need translation to describe your plumbing problems, you should definitely call them. Traditional companies assign one plumber to handle everything, but Okaland assigns tasks based on each plumber’s expertise. My house is over 30 years old. This time, the roof was leaking, the toilet was old and leaking, and the swimming pool pipe was clogged, causing water to pool. Before the next storm hit, I called them. Susan is a very patient operator. She listened carefully to my poor English, asked for details, and explained things in very simple English without any impatience. Every time, she let me know roughly when the plumber would arrive, and before arrival they sent me a message – so I didn’t have to wait around all day, or get stood up like with some other plumbers. On the first day, she sent Ben, a plumber with very long arms. He arrived and found the root cause in just 17 minutes – he removed a rock and some branches stuck in the pipe with his hands. Honestly, before him I had hired at least three plumbers who all said they didn’t know what to do. Ben was not only experienced, but also figured out the cheapest solution for us. The second time, Brandon and Malachi came. In less than an hour, they installed the new toilet. The pipe size didn’t match, but they found a way to connect it to the new toilet using the most affordable method. When I got the bill, I paid happily because they didn’t try to make me replace everything or use sales tricks to charge me a fortune. The third time was for the roof. Many plumbers quoted me a full roof replacement or a very expensive modification. But they used a pipe inspection camera and a high-pressure jet to identify all the leak points and fixed everything. Plumbers in Cairns are so important – anyone living here knows that. From November to April each year, I couldn’t even sleep. After dealing with so many unreliable people, I finally understand that details and sincerity are the real keys to business success.
