I had Brad and team update and fit new TCL central heating and cooling system to my home. Brad done a competitive quote. I decided to go with Brad due to being a local family business. From quote to installation I found all involved very professional, reliable and friendly. Work was completed in time frame given. The guys removed my old system cleaning up after job was completed and left no mess to premises. I had no issues with this company and have no hesitation in highly recommend Oataway Heating and cooling. Brad was very helpful in answering questions I had in regards to the purchased system. today they did they a inspection of gas, electrical and the smoke alarms. They left my gas disconnected from my house completely. i had no hot water and wasn't able to cook anything. this happened on a friday. to be fair they significantly reduced the chance of a house fire. but it made the smoke alarm check pointless. rightfully i can recommend they can for sure disconnect things very well. EDIT: they came and fixed the issue on the night. can only say the man who did it had excellent customer service.

Everything is great until you pay. At first things were great, then had nothing but non stop issues. They came out many times and could not sort the issue out, then it took a sales rep from company that sells the product to fix it within 30 mins. Also even though I've been very kind, patient and friendly towards them with the constant issues, I also had damage to my house. A hole in ceiling, door in garage and a plaster saw cut in wall. With many emails and text msgs sent with the constant issues and including the damage which i kindly did not back charge them to be fixed, I get no reply or response. Emailed a couple of times to get a service on unit and even booked online. I sent an email a couple of days later to confirm, no reply and did not show up. Absolutely disgusting post sales service. I never leave bad reviews but the lack of respect for a customer is not good enough. Stay away.

We have used Brad and his team numerous times and highly recommend them. They’re so organised and always turn up when they say they will, even sending txt messages on approach. They are professional, knowledgeable and they’re always my go to for heating and cooling issues.

Could not ha e asked for better trade's and service pulled out the old systems heating and cooling and reinstalled the new ones within 2 days so professional could not have been happier 😀

Our evaporative cooler had given up in November. Could not get someone out within the next day or two as going overseas in a weeks time. Called Oataways and Brad came out that day. New unit needed and they fitted it in two days. They were very quick, reliable and very professional with the work. We have a beautiful new cooler for the summer and it was done so quickly. I will be using them to service my unit. Highly recommend.
