Orbit Plumbing

Gas hot water work, leak detection and general repairs dominate the tasks Daniel is named as completing. Word about him spreads quickly, with customers describing him as experienced and easy to deal with from the first phone call. He keeps people informed about when he will arrive, turns up as promised and returns with whatever parts are needed to finish the job properly. Several accounts highlight his willingness to fit urgent work into his schedule and his habit of explaining the options before starting; one customer recalls him outlining the additional pipework and outlay involved before a switch from a storage tank to an instantaneous heater, after which the old unit was removed and the new one installed the same day.

The scope extends to tracing suspected burst pipes, replacing a dead wall furnace, repairing a bathroom and installing front and backyard taps, with one householder describing how he surveyed the yards, suggested placements and had the taps positioned within minutes. Tidy workmanship, sensible rates and thorough explanations are recurring points, and a friendly, knowledgeable manner comes through in the feedback gathered over several years.

Daniel came out this afternoon (Friday) to check out a possible leak or burst pipe problem. It turned out to be something different and potentially less serious. Daniel was really helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this business for your plumbing needs.

Daniel is the most timely, efficient and thorough plumber I have ever encountered. His rates are reasonable and we had the added bonus of meeting his adorable daughter. Thank you Daniel, you will be our first port of call if we need a plumber in the future.
