Our Sparky

Air conditioning installation, hot water systems, lighting and broader electrical work form the core of what this Hervey Bay crew is asked to deliver, and the feedback collected across those jobs repeats a common thread: homeowners and property investors describe a straightforward process from the first quote through to completion, often finishing ahead of schedule. Alex and Ryan are named regularly, with reviewers repeatedly describing them as professional, friendly and accommodating, including in homes where young children were present. Tidiness features in many accounts, with debris cleared away and ceilings left intact where new downlights replaced older fixtures.

Open communication is another consistent point, with questions welcomed, advice offered when requested and safety considerations explained as part of the work. The range of completed jobs mentioned by customers includes mainboard upgrades, additional power outlets, mains-powered smoke alarms, air conditioning units and home automation and security fittings. Several reviewers have returned for subsequent projects, noting that work on investment properties received the same care as their own homes and that costs were considered reasonable. Teneka is also acknowledged for keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

Super happy with all the work we had performed. From quote to work completion was a lot quicker than we expected.

I have used Our Sparky for several projects now and always happy with them.Alex and Ryan were fantastic in installing new Down lights in my lounge room replacing the old lighting, me not wanting to patch and repaint the ceiling they did a great job that I did not have to do either.I highly recommend Our Sparky for all electrical work from installing new Aircon to installing new lighting.

Alex was very responsive when I phoned him regarding a problem with our hot water sysyem not heating the waterup. He came and sorted through the problem as well as making some adjustments to our switchboard setup which needed some updating to the setup. Very professional service.

The communication was open and transparent from the start, all staff members were friendly and accommodating. The workmanship was amazing and for the men to work around my two small grandchildren, whom no doubt made things a little tricky at times, they did not show it and only showed kindness and a friendly attitude. Highly recommend and will always go back if I need further work. Thank you 🙏

Our sparky did the work required on short notice. Very professional and picked up on problems not specifically related to the original job. Very personable and worked very well. Happy to explain everything to me. Will be used in future for issues requiring an electrician.
