From the initial enquiry and discussion, to the prompt great service I am very happy and highly recommend this company, - much appreciated! Particularly many thanks to Georgia for her advice, help and arranging the replacement of my very old ducted heater, and to Nathan who did excellent job.
I highly recommend OZWARM services. The customer service was exceptional. From phoning and first speaking with Georgia who kindly arranged a little temporary hot water system within 24 hours as we had been without hot water for some time. Our Rheem Heat Pump hot water system was meticulously installed by Nathan and Joey and works perfectly. Pricing was also competitive and good value for money. I am so happy to discover OZWARM, who are now my number one go to plumbing group.
