Phil Dunn Plumbing

Phil Dunn Plumbing has built a reputation in Mackay through years of hands-on work, and reviewers repeatedly highlight the honest, fair approach that defines the service. Customers describe Phil as knowledgeable and willing to offer genuine plumbing advice, even when a particular problem falls outside what he can take on. Punctuality and reliability feature across several accounts, with one customer noting that he arrived on time for scheduled work over a period of years. Fast installation and efficient completion of jobs are mentioned often, including a difficult drainage task involving tree roots where access to the pipe was challenging and additional broken sections needed repair.

Pricing is described as reasonable and transparent across multiple reviews, without hidden surprises. The standard of workmanship on blocked drains and general repairs is praised, with customers noting that problems were resolved properly rather than temporarily patched. Phil fit a appointment in for me when it was quite last minute. He gave great service and price was great. 100% reccomend.

Had a major blockage from tree roots. Phil did a great job as the access to the drain was very difficult. Took well over an hour just to clear the pipe and then he had to repair other broken sections that had been damaged by roots as well. Very impressed with his work. Fast and efficient. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!
