Plumbcall - Rockhampton

Tap repairs, leaking water mains and blocked plumbing are the kinds of jobs that customers of this Rockhampton team describe most often, alongside the quick response that gets a plumber to the property soon after an enquiry. William, Will, Kolby and Ryan are named repeatedly for arriving promptly, diagnosing faults without fuss and talking through what is being done, with several accounts noting that a technician took time to explain the repair and left the customer better informed.

A number of reviews mention clear pricing given before work starts, courteous manners and a willingness to handle extra tasks such as burying an exposed pipe rather than leaving it for someone else. Brodie, Reed and Cal also appear in feedback praising professionalism, attention to detail and follow-up on larger jobs. Tidiness and a friendly phone manner from the office staff come up as well. One thing mentioned again and again is straightforward workmanship on taps, showers and mains, handled by tradespeople who communicate well and finish what they start, with future work already discussed in some cases.

Once again, Will saved the day, he fixed our shower taps 6 weeks ago, then our water main got a leak, it was awesome to have him show up once again and solve the problem, he took the time to show me how he was able to fix it, invaluable knowledge and just a great bloke all round, we really appreciate it mate, thanks again!

Fast and efficient, however I am obviously very out of touch with the cost of services.. $228.03 for 20 mins work felt a bit excessive.. Cheers

We had an issue with our mains water and Adrian attended our home to fix the problem. We were blown away by how knowledgeable and friendly he was. No question or ask was too much. We couldn’t recommend him more. Thank you so much again!

William was great. He fixed my tap.

The plumber was very curious and friendly. He got stuck in and had my issue fixed much quicker than I expected. The price was a wonderful surprise, much lower than I expected. Thus is the 3rd time I've used Plumcall and each time I've been very impressed. I would recommend Plumcall and I won't hesitate to call them again if needed.

A lovely young man replaced 2 sets of taps in my bathroom and a tap for my hose outside. He was very helpful and courteous and made the experience so easy. I also want to thank the lady who was so helpful to me in the office on the phone. I am very grateful.

Can't fault these guys. Amazing customer service, communication and disclosure of price straight off the bat. Wonderful work and even went above and beyond to bury the pipe that the previous plumber had left exposed. Highly recommend.
