Precise Plumbing & Drainage

Bathroom, kitchen and laundry upgrades, blocked drain work, tree root removal and hot water unit replacement are among the jobs Canberra customers most often describe in feedback for this business, and the accounts repeatedly centre on the owner, Josh, with an apprentice assisting. Customers describe Josh suggesting suitable tap types during a bathroom renovation and calling in at short notice to finish the fitout, while punctual arrival and tidy work recur when stormwater was connected to a new carport.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is that quotes are settled before work begins, cover quality materials and products, and leave no hidden charges, with Josh explaining problems and possible approaches in clear terms. Long-standing clients mention his thorough, attentive and honest manner across recurring jobs, including drain blockages and the complications of older properties. Kitchen and laundry upgrades, tap and toilet replacements, and a hot water unit swap appear in the same accounts, alongside spotless cleanup afterwards, clear communication throughout and polite, respectful conduct. Cooper is named with Josh on tap installation, and problem solving and close attention to detail feature in the completed work.
