Reece Plumbing Mackay

Helpful and knowledgeable service is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Mackay plumbing supply business, with customers describing staff who are consistently willing to assist and who take the time to talk through problems rather than simply selling parts. Several reviewers mention being guided towards the right replacement components, including a washer that allowed a customer to stop a leak unaided, and the advice given in store is described as practical and accurate.

The range of stock held is repeatedly noted, covering bathroom supplies, hardware, pipes and roofing materials, alongside shower doors and tools. Reviewers describe the team as friendly and easy to deal with, and one account contrasts the experience with another supplier nearby, preferring the approach taken here. Another customer notes that pricing was competitive for the items purchased.

The tone across the accounts is that of people who felt their questions were answered properly and who left with what they needed to complete a repair. Repeat visits are mentioned, suggesting that the standard is maintained over time, and the willingness of staff to go beyond a straightforward transaction stands out as the most consistent point raised by those who have dealt with the business.

Excellent service. They went above and beyond to help me replace my washer and I was able to fix my leak on my own. Very much appreciated.

Good service

I have been in twice now, the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely good people to deal with. Skip the other supplier up the road from them and direct your business to these guys. Really great job lads!

Excellent range and service. Middle of the city. Wholesale prices

Great service pity about the price, I bought a PVC fitting at Reece Mackay, price was $7.12 , the same fitting at Bunnings was $2.36

Great service, very helpful.
