Reed Plumbing Industries

Domestic, commercial and industrial jobs of every scale feature throughout the feedback for this Mackay plumbing business, from bathroom renovations to gasfitting and hot water systems. Bruce is named repeatedly, and the patience he and Jo show on stubborn faults is a point that comes up often, including a salon pedicure chair that kept failing and drew return visits until it was finally sorted. Punctuality is another recurring theme, with one householder noting that after calling several plumbers about a bath installation and getting nowhere, Bruce came out the same afternoon.

Reviewers mention efficient attendance and clean, immaculate finishing, such as two new showers that delighted one customer. The advice offered alongside a repair, covering other problems spotted on site, draws praise, as does the help in finding tilers and plasterers to finish a renovation. Workmanship across all three sectors is consistently well regarded, and the friendliness of the team is noted throughout. Office staff are described as helpful from the first call, and the impression left is of a crew that stays with a difficult problem until it is solved rather than walking away.

From the initial contact with Reed's office they have gone above and beyond to ensure that my issue has been fixed. The service men were on time and extremely helpful, not only did they fix my problems but also gave me advice on other issues. I can not reccomend them highly enough and will happily continue to use them for any reason in the future.

Their workmanship and efficiency in all domestic, commercial and industrial projects sent their way is second to none. Very happy clients here, thank you.

Rang two days ago to arrange some repairs. Phone call went to voicemail. Left message to call back. So far no return call.

Bruce and his team are fantastic. I have dealt with numerous plumbers in the region and these guys are by far the best.
