Rydeau Plumbing

Rydeau Plumbing earns consistent praise from customers across Canberra for a standard of service they describe as uncommon in the trade. Ben is named in nearly every account, described as friendly, thorough and professional, while Lynley is credited with speedy replies to service requests. Reviews time and again mention how easy the booking process is, with detailed quotes and quick scheduling, and how the finished work meets the price that was quoted. Arriving when promised is another recurring theme, alongside the patience shown in explaining faults and suggesting ways to avoid future problems.

The jobs described cover drainage, gasfitting and general plumbing: an ageing hot water unit, a blocked kitchen sink, a handful of small tasks after a move, and a stubborn leak under a concrete driveway that Ben and Barry tracked down and repaired. A theme running through the feedback is the effort to find and address the underlying cause rather than just the visible fault, and to leave the site clean. One customer recalls a delay that was handled with accommodation rather than friction, and another notes work stretched over two days to keep disruption low. Long-standing clients, including a 91-year-old regular, also appear in the feedback.

Could not speak more highly of Rydeau Plumbing. From our first call explaining the issue with our ageing hot water system, Ben was fantastic. He patiently replicated the problem, identified the root cause, and provided a swift solution. We couldn't be happier with the service and have officially found our new plumbing provider!

I highly recommend Rydeau Plumbing. Ben arrived on time, listened to my concerns and took the time to discuss and explain the issues. He returned to do some quoted work to replace a section of old pipe that was cracked. It was done neatly and left clean and tidy. Very happy with the workmanship and advice provided. Will definitely use again.

Ben and Rydeau were fantastic. With some help from Barry, they located and fixed an almost impossible leak beneath a solid concrete driveway, fixed and repaired it ASAP and saved us thousands. Highly recommend Rydeau.

My hero! Big thanks to Ben who came and fixed my kitchen sink draining issue. Helped me understand the problem and gave some advice for the future maintenance. Great communication, friendly and thorough.

Everyone that we dealt with was wonderful. They were very accommodating when a hiccup happened and things got a little delayed. Would highly recommend.

Seriously, getting a plumber who communicates well, arrives when they are scheduled, gives you accurate quotes, then does a really good job while being pleasant and courteous. Yes, it can happen. I couldn't be happier with the work that Ben from Rydeau Plumbing did in my place after I moved in - quite a few small jobs, all done well and cheerfully. I would recommend highly anytime.

I appreciate the communication from Lynley at Rydeau Plumbing with such fast responses to service requests! Ben is always friendly and professional, turning up on time, resolving issues and cleaning up afterwards. Thank you so much.
