Shoreside Plumbing

Homeowners and renovation projects around the Gold Coast feature throughout accounts of Shoreside Plumbing, with customers describing bathroom and kitchen upgrades, gas pipe installation, plumbed fridges, sinks, toilets, vanities and fittings, alongside blocked drain clearing, hot water system replacement and gutter work. Several reviewers name Matt directly, noting his professionalism and the patience he shows when explaining options before work begins. Punctuality recurs frequently, with customers mentioning arrival at the agreed time and a courtesy message sent ahead of the visit. Clear quoting and transparent pricing come up often, described as competitive and straightforward to follow.

The standard of workmanship draws consistent praise, including a demanding downpipe fitment to a pergola gutter completed at height. Tidiness after completion, responsiveness during storm-related emergencies, and a friendly family-run approach appear repeatedly, as does a willingness to coordinate with other trades. Reviewers report being kept informed from start to finish and note that leaks are attended to without delay. Advice on the most suitable solution, rather than a short-term repair, is a point that comes up often. Coordination with other trades on larger renovations is likewise mentioned, with solutions offered at each stage of the project.

Couldn’t recommend Matt and the Team at Shoreside Plumbing anymore They recently fitted a downpipe to a gutter on my pergola, and it was a very difficult job that required most of the work to be done upside down and high off the ground. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish, kept me informed throughout the entire process. The quote was very competitive, and the quality of workmanship was still there despite the challenging conditions. Professional, reliable, and great value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Shoreside Plumbing again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality plumbing services

Excellent service from start to finish, quality work with attention to detail all at competitive prices. Cannot recommend Shoreside Plumbing enough. 5*!

I would recommend Shoreside Plumbing as they are always on time, they provide a text before arriving and the service is always impeccable. Service with a smile every time. Nothing is ever too difficult.

Excellent family plumbing company. Professional, prompt and reliable from the first call to the finished job. Clear quoting process with transparent pricing. Emergency call out was no issue during a storm and separate Hot Water System replacement was well priced and managed. Highly recommend this local company to all. ✅

Not only is Matt from Shoreline Plumbing a great lad. He saved the day when our previously contracted plumber stuffed us around. Would happily use Shoreside Plumbing in the future.

Very professional. They listen and provide options. They arrive on time. Clean up. In short - a pleasure to do business with an honest family business. I highly recommend them.
