The Energy People

It always starts off well when they message you and they turn up on-time. Plumbers efficiently removed the old gass unit and did a nice job removing the gass line . The sparkies , let me know they were running late and arrived as specified. New power needed to be run to the unit (previously only10amp for the gas) set up beautiful, with a switch on the splash board to isolate the new induction cook top. Cleaned up after all the work , and share number to call should we experience any issues. I have several other projects coming up , and have no hesitation in asking the energy people to quote and provide their services.

Happy with the overall experience from heater selection to installation and post care. The process was smooth from start to finish and we are happy with the final product.

I’ve waited a few months after the installation of our ducted reverse cycle system to write this review, as I wanted to see how the system and the support worked. Really pleased to write that the Energy People were exemplary. Top notch support from all the team, particularly Brad and Nick. There were a few issues along the way as it was a big complex piece of work. But every step of the way, every question I had, was responded to quickly and expertly. We were really impressed, even surprised, by the fantastic quality of the service from every staff member. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!

I had a fairly new hot water system installed by The Energy People cease producing hot water. As we had another hot shower system set up in the shed, I told them less than urgent. Two polite and professional tradies diagnosed the problem, and instituted a fix. No problems since (2 months). Charge for the work was reasonable. If they can keep this service level up, recommended!

Initial consult and repair of internal leak was a good experience. The guys turned up on time, promptly determined the issue and explained my options. Long term fix will require some additional work and new system install pending quote. To be continued…..

Update: 28/4/2026. I recently had a new Sungrow home battery system and new solar panels put in, this was to take advantage of the rebate currently being offered by the government. I could not be happier with the professionalism, fantastic work (the job was so clean and it looks amazing) and friendly customer service from all at The Energy People. I can be picky at times and I also ask a lot of questions. Patrick was more than happy to answer all of my many questions. I would also like to thank Cooper, Darrell and all those involved in the deliverance of this job (Sorry I didn't get the names of the other tradesmen who did a fantastic job) also (special thanks to the office staff who really went above and beyond). If you have any needs in the solar, hot water or home battery area I highly recommend The Energy People. Cheers and Thanks. Fast efficient and friendly.
