WillPlumb Plumbing Services

Wollongong residents facing failed hot water systems, blocked drains and stormwater issues have described consistently positive dealings with WillPlumb Plumbing Services. A recurring observation is how quickly the business responds, with accounts noting that Will or his team attended without the lengthy waits customers had experienced with other trades. Reviews time and again mention that Will explains problems clearly and offers practical advice, investigating thoroughly before settling on a solution. Quotes described as reasonable and written are a frequent point of praise, one customer noting a same-day quote after an inspection for a collapsed waste pipe beneath a house.

The standard of finished work earns regular approval across tasks including replacement of root-damaged sewer pipes, installation of a Rinnai instantaneous unit and repair of an additional leaking pipe spotted during a visit. Tidiness and care on site are noted, with jobs completed cleanly and left tidy. Will himself is named in many accounts as friendly, punctual and genuine, and several describe him returning the following morning or attending on a public holiday to complete work. Repeat bookings and referrals to family and friends recur throughout the feedback for the area.

Will Plumb did a fantastic job replacing our root-infested sewer pipes. They were the cheapest quote we got from a bunch of local plumbers in Fairy Meadow, and they got the job done very efficiently and cleanly. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Will came out straight away to replace a broken hot water system at my investment property and made the whole process really easy. Genuine, reliable and clearly knows what he’s doing. Really appreciated the quick response and quality work. Would definitely recommend.

Had a pipe collapse and block the waste under the house, WillPlumb came and inspected and provided a written quote ( very reasonable)same day. They came back the next morning and completed the work, all very easy, clean and tidy. Very happy will use again.

WillPlumb fixed a cracked water pipe in my home. Sachar and Kayden were professional, polite and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will use them again if I ever have the need. A+

WillPlumb services did such an incredible job on our stormwater fix. The drainage on our 1960’s era home needed a lot of love. Thier response time and inspection was lightning fast. After being given the runaround by many others for months, Will and the boys turned up and delivered. Over and above. Would recommend to anyone and everyone I know.
