Admoor Plumbing

Professionalism and a willingness to go beyond the immediate job are the themes running through the feedback for this Shepparton plumbing firm. Andrew, Nathan, Mitchell, Elton, Mark and Brie are each singled out by name, with reviewers describing courteous initial calls, clear communication and tradespeople who explain what they find. Nathan in particular is mentioned for keeping customers informed while a blockage was traced in an alfresco area, sending a video of the problem so the cause could be seen directly.

A blocked ensuite drain, a leaking toilet and a stormwater clean and repair all appear among the jobs described, with workmanship reported as careful and property and garden left largely undisturbed. Several accounts note that problems were solved rather than simply patched, including one instance where an existing design was improved. Punctuality and prompt attendance recur, as does fair pricing and a helpful office. Reviewers also value the effort taken to source an unusual fitting for a horse-washing setup, and the tidiness shown around a messy bathroom. Requests for irrigation, roofing and hot water work are reflected in the services offered.

Admoor plumbing are now calling their service fee for a plumber to visit and assess a ‘quote’. The cost of our ‘quote’ is $105. I could understand this fee as reasonable IF the final quote cost was not accepted but whacking a further $105 onto the final cost is not reasonable in these difficult economic times. We would have accepted the full quote but this added quote is sneaky. No thanks Admoor, we will find a smaller, more reasonable plumbing business in future. (We saved you the embarrassment of a negative review last year after you charged us a fee for two plumbers and then tacked on an extra substantial fee for an apprentice who stood with his hands in his hips for an hour. For this we were later refunded). Stung for $105 and to no benefit. Once bitten twice shy.

Great service ,always very helpful.

After trying five different plumbers on a long weekend we finally found Ardmoors Plumbing. Brie was great at the initial call and Mark was fantastic. Not only did he fix the problem but improved on the initial design. We will never go anywhere else from now on.

I have been a client of Admoor Plumbing for several years and have always found Admoor Plumbing to do excellent plumbing repairs etc at my property. I have found Admoor Plumbing to be honest to deal with and provide great customer service. I recently had Nathan attend my property to attend a repair and he did a great job. Well done Admoor Plumbing Mooroopna.

I We would like to express our utmost satisfaction with the exceptional work and professionalism demonstrated by Andrew from Admoor Plumbing. Without any reservations, we highly recommend this company for their outstanding services, thank 😊 you Andrew

I am so very grateful to Nathan and the team for their professional, caring and prompt service. I had a number of issues that I had been putting off for months, including a blocked drain in our ensuite. The office was professional and helpful, and Nathan himself was very understanding and non judgemental of my messy bathroom and house. If you are putting off plumbing work, then don’t- call Ardmoor and be sure of a quick, professional and caring experience.

We recently had a blocked drain in our alfresco area that was causing major flooding when it rained heavily. Nathan and Mitchell attended and went above and beyond to find the blockage without causing too much damage to our property or garden. We had to leave for the day and Nathan kept us updated and even sent a video of the blockage to my phone so we could see the problem for ourselves. We were so pleased with the professionalism shown in all aspects of their work. Nathan even dropped in after hours to explain the work that was done. True gentlemen and an asset to Admoor Pluming. Thanks so much. Bruce & Lorna Thompson. Kialla VIC
