Husky Gas & Plumbing

Hot water work anchors most accounts of Husky Gas & Plumbing, with replacements, urgent repairs and rapid turnarounds recurring throughout the feedback. Tom is the tradesperson named repeatedly, and reviewers consistently portray him as punctual, arriving when promised and at times within the hour. Beyond hot water units, customers mention tap repairs, a leaking water meter, a ceiling leak and the plumbing for a bathroom renovation, all completed promptly. Communication draws frequent praise, both before and after the job, with explanations given clearly and calls answered personally. Several customers describe the pricing as reasonable and the quoting as fast.

Reviewers also note that Tom is straightforward to deal with, friendly and genuinely helpful, and that finished jobs are left clean and working properly. Gas fitting, drainage and general repair tasks sit within the mix of work described. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is his readiness to diagnose a difficult shower fault by text rather than insist on an attendance, which customers read as honest dealing. The same-day quote followed by next-day installation of a new hot water unit illustrates the responsiveness running through the feedback, and returning for further plumbing needs is a common outcome.

I greatly appreciate the excellent service Tom provided for my hot water system and kitchen appliance repairs. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and completed the work efficiently. Everything is working perfectly now. I highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for reliable repair services. Give him a chance—you'll be glad you did!

Tom answered my call and remedied my tap repair within the same day. I appreciated his communication and responsiveness.

The plumber Tom who l contacted was only one out of six companies that I asked for a quote that got back to straight away, he requested photos and a quote was written within a hour. And the best price, everyone else didn’t give a care that l had no hot water . Best in Shepparton .

We moved into a new house in Kialla and had an issue with our hot water. I rang Tom and he attended within 2 hours. He was professional and was able to find the issue and provide options. He got us temporarily sorted while sourcing parts and came back to finish the job and completed some additional jobs as well. Would highly recommend Husky Gas and Plumbing. Great with the service, price and communication. Thanks again Tom!

I rang Tom with an urgency to replace my hot water service to keep my business running and he was able to help out very promptly. He was quick, efficient and very easy to deal with. Will be using his services for any future plumbing needs. Big 5 stars from me 🌟

Tom did a great job on the leak in my ceiling. Gave him a call and an hour later he was at my place and had it sorted. I called 4 plumbers the day before and none of them got back to me. Tom’s price was reasonable as well. Next time I need any plumbing work, I won’t waste my time with other companies, I’ll ring Husky Gas & Plumbing

Reliable, fast and efficient. Communication was great. Turned up on time, and did a clean job moving our water metre and installing a tap. Would definitely recommend
