GV Trade Group

GV Trade Group draws consistent praise from customers in Shepparton for prompt, capable service across air conditioning and appliance repair work. Reviewers repeatedly mention the efficiency of installations, with split system air conditioners and replacement of heating and cooling vents completed neatly and on schedule. The team, including Ryan, Will, Luke and Riley, is described as courteous and knowledgeable, taking care to clean up after the job and to explain how equipment should be maintained. Belinda receives frequent thanks for organising service call-outs quickly and booking jobs without fuss.

Several customers describe repairs to brands such as Panasonic, Miele, Bosch and Sōlt washing machines and ovens, noting that faults were assessed and resolved within days rather than weeks. Something that features in review after review is the fair, reasonable pricing attached to that swift work, along with genuine old-fashioned customer care. John is singled out for going out of his way to assist. The installation of a split system at a local mosque is remembered for its professional finish and friendly, knowledgeable crew. Customers value the combination of technical expertise and helpful communication from the first phone call through to completion.

Thank you John for going out of your way to help us your kindness and assistance is greatly appreciated we will be always using your company again thank you so much a weight has been lifted from me thank you

Excellent service for my Bosch Oven. Was contacted within only a few hours of lodging the job with Bosch, service tech was out the next day to assess the unit and it was all fixed up within a week. A+++

GV Trade Group were more than helpful in getting my washing machine back up and running. Belinda was lovely on the phone and very thorough and accommodating. Riley was an absolute gem! He had the issue sorted out and provided a wealth of information in how to maintain my machine. Highly recommend!

Their technician & Customer services are top notch. I am more than satisfied with their job at fixing up my Sǒlt Washing Machine. Thanks you guy!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with GV Trade Group. They were supposed to fix our geyser, but despite countless emails and phone calls, nothing has been resolved properly. Each time we reached out, we were told someone would get back to us or come out to inspect the issue—but no one ever showed up. This has been going on since last winter, which is completely unacceptable. Not only was the work poorly done, but the lack of follow-up and communication made the situation even worse. In the end, we had no choice but to call a different provider to fix the problem properly. Very poor service and unprofessional conduct. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Belinda was quick to book in the job and have someone look at it. Ryan attended to the property and was extremely helpful and courteous despite the heat outside. Good crew. Thanks Belinda and Ryan.

Thank you GV Trade Group for swift, professional service at a very reasonable price. Good old fashioned customer service!!
