Albury Wodonga Heating and Cooling

Households across the region regularly call on this team for ducted heating and cooling work, split system installations, gas heater servicing and air conditioning repairs. The installation crews, including Will, Hayden and Matt, are repeatedly described as professional, fast and efficient, with jobs finished on schedule and left clean. Norm stands out in several accounts for his honesty and willingness to explain how a system can run more efficiently, including a visit where he re-directed ceiling vents room by room and talked through ways to lower gas bills.

Reviewers frequently highlight that problems other trades had written off were diagnosed and fixed quickly, and that the pricing quoted was fair for the work carried out. Ebony at the front desk is named for her friendly and professional manner, and the broader office team is praised for communicating clearly before and after each job. Long-standing customers note that the same standard has been maintained over many years, from servicing a swampy air conditioner to installing a replacement furnace, with advice that feels trustworthy rather than rushed. Ducted gas heating installations and servicing remain the work most often mentioned.

We had Will , Hayden and Matt come and install a split cycle this morning. They were very professional and fast. Would definitely recommend this company.

Had ducted heating and cooling installed, on time, clean and professional. Great service and very happy with the result

Norm came to our house just after he closed the shop on a Saturday when we rang him. Excellent service for our swampy air con. Found the problem immediately and rectified it. Spoke to us about how to make the unit work more efficiently, he even went into every room in the house and redirected all the ceiling vents too. Great friendly service, we really appreciated it very much. Thanks again Norm 👍

Wonderful experience with Albury Wodonga Heating and Cooling!! Highly recommend as they went above and beyond for us. We had another company tell us they couldn't fix our aircon and that it would cost $4000 to replace. Albury Wodonga Heating and Cooling came in and fixed the problem in half an hour and organised a full service a few days later. The price was EXCELLENT. Very happy customers!
