Allmat Plumbing

Promptness and honesty stand out as the traits that recur most often in accounts of this plumbing business. Customers in several reviews describe calling about a blocked drain or broken pipe and having the matter seen to within hours, with one account of a club blockage cleared early the following morning so that scheduled games could go ahead. More than one review highlights being kept informed, including messages sent shortly before arrival so that nobody was left waiting without word.

The proprietor, Marc, is named often, and the feedback about him centres on thoroughness and transparency: he explains each step, shows camera footage of drain inspections so the problem can be seen directly, and answers questions without pressure. Tidiness is noted as well, with boots removed at the door and work areas left clean.

Customers describe quotes as clear, competitive and free of upselling, with one mentioning that a visit resulting from a problem on the water authority's side of the connection was not charged. The range of work described includes clearing and cleaning drains inside and out, camera inspections, repairing a broken pipe inside a wall, replacing spindles in leaking shower taps, fitting a new tap and attending to a hot water heater. Reliability and fair dealing are the themes that tie the feedback together.

Marc was thorough, transparent, respectful and incredibly tidy. He's a legend - easy to deal with and went above and beyond to get the job finished, even with his phone ringing with calls about other jobs. Nothing felt like too much trouble, he answered all my questions, gave great advice and the quality of his work was excellent. Highly recommend.

Excellent communication, turned up when he said he would (and gave a 15 minute heads up), fixed the issue no fuss, cleaned up when done. Will definitely use again for future plumbing issues.

Marc replaced the spindles in two leaky shower taps for us. He was friendly and approachable. It was easy for us to arrange for him to come by. He was quickly able to locate the water isolation valves for our unit which were not straightforward to find and he finished the job within 30 minutes. Great price and great service! Thank you Marc.

I’ve used Marc on multiple occasions. I was looking for a reliable local plumber who wasn’t part of one of the larger plumbing companies. Each time we have used Marc he is always quick to respond, turns up on time and considers what was best for us. We’ve used him for issues with our storm water drainage and blocked drains, both times the result meant the issues were fixed. I would not hesitate to use Allmat Pluming again.

I can’t speak highly enough of Marc at Allmat. He was on time, super friendly, took his boots off at the door and was very efficient, not stopping once. He worked solidly here for over five hours and installed a new tap, cleaned and unblocked every drain inside and out, and fixed every plumbing issue I had. He did not overcharge, use delay tactics or try to upsell anything. A very honest, hard working, fair and reliable plumber. I highly recommend him.

Marc from Allmatt Plumbing has completed a few jobs for us from installing a new hot water service and replumbing our new kitchen install. He always arrives on time and completes the job to a very high standard. He has excellent communication before his arrival and whilst he is doing the job. I won’t hesitate to get him out to our place again!

Very efficient, friendly and quality work. Will definitely use Allmat Plumbing again. Great communication and came out at short notice to fix a broken pipe in the wall and did a very through job.
