Wills Plumbing Adelaide Pty Ltd

Blocked drains, leaking fixtures, roof stormwater faults and stubborn water pressure trouble recur throughout the accounts left for this Adelaide plumber. Will is described as punctual, arriving when promised and, in urgent cases, shortly after the initial call, with the work then completed without delay. Praise centres on his honest, upfront explanations of cost and scope before any work begins, and on the practical suggestions he offers that can spare a household an unnecessary call-out.

Clear communication features again and again, spanning the conversation beforehand, a walkthrough of each step during the job, and a check-in afterwards, one customer being asked to report back should a water hammer noise return. Reviewers also note his patient manner while children and a dog were underfoot, his methodical tracing of improvised downpipes that led nowhere, and the reassurance his advice gave on pressure and stormwater matters. Repeat engagements and referrals to friends and family appear regularly, with blocked drains, a leaky toilet, gas fitting and hot water work among the tasks described, and several homeowners indicating they would turn to him first for anything further.

Will came to my house to look at the roof stormwater drainage to the street. I only recently moved into this second-hand home and they had all sorts of DIY-looking downpipes, some of which went nowhere. He thoroughly investigated the issue, reassured me and came up with a good plan to fix it in a cost effective manner. On top of being professional he was also very personable and I had full confidence in his advice.

I contacted Will late on a Sunday afternoon with blocked drains and not only did he respond quickly, but he made time to come first thing Monday morning. Will was professional and lovely to deal with. He went above and beyond contacting SA Water on our behalf, and followed up with me throughout the day to see how the job was progressing. As it turned out, the issue was on SA Water's side, but without Will's expertise and help I would never have known and possibly spent a lot of money paying for work that I wasn't liable for. I would highly recommend Wills Plumbing Adelaide.
