Wills Plumbing Adelaide Pty Ltd

Households dealing with failed hot water systems, blocked drains and general plumbing faults feature prominently in accounts of this Adelaide operation, and a single name recurs throughout them. Will is described as arriving when promised and working through problems methodically, whether the job involved an ignition fault on a Rheem continuous flow heater, a blocked kitchen drain or a drain reline. Several customers note that he explained the cause of a fault in plain terms and offered guidance on managing the issue afterwards, including one instance where telephone troubleshooting on a hot water unit spared the cost of a call-out.

Reviewers frequently point to that he declined to upsell or add unnecessary charges, quoting fairly and confirming the scope before starting. A second opinion on a chronic shower temperature problem led to a straightforward repair rather than replacement of the heater, which the customer valued. Tidiness, punctuality and a friendly manner around children are also raised, along with minor tap and water filter work completed alongside larger jobs. His diagnostic skill, honesty about what needs fixing and willingness to attend within tight timeframes form the common thread across the feedback.

Great service, provided troubleshooting advice for my hot water unit over the phone to save me the cost of someone coming over. Will be coming back to Will again in the future.
