ASAP Plumbing Tasmania

Prompt service and clear communication emerge as the strongest themes running through the feedback for this Launceston plumbing business. Roderick, named frequently in accounts, is described as responsive from the first call through to completion, arriving when he says he will and finishing what he promises. Several customers highlight the clarity of his quotes, characterising them as honest and accurate, with one noting that a plan was devised specifically to keep costs down.

The range of work reported is broad: a failing hot water system located in a roof was replaced and repositioned to a safer spot, a septic issue was diagnosed and a pipe lying roughly 1.5 metres below the surface was repaired, and a sewerage pipe problem was resolved with the driveway left tidy afterwards.

More than one review highlights that they were kept informed throughout, including one owner managing a rental property from interstate who felt concerns were resolved and never felt left out of the loop. Value for money, efficiency and courteous dealings with Roderick and the wider team come up again and again, alongside the tidy state in which sites are left. The consistent thread is dependable workmanship on hot water, septic and drainage jobs, delivered by a plumber who communicates well and does what he says.

Fixed our sewerage pipe issue in a prompt & professional manner. Left our driveway clean and tidy afterwards. I would highly recommend ASAP plumbing

I recently engaged ASAP plumbing to assist us with an abundance of plumbing issues at our investment property in Launceston. As we live in WA, prior to ASAP’s support we have felt stressed and spent a tone of funds on finding a resolution without getting one. Roderik came into the picture and has since made our concerns go away, his communication is unmatched, I never feel out of the loop and the work has resolved all issues. They are an honest, professional company and I couldn’t recommend Roderik any more highly. I will continue to use their services as long as we own this property.

We had an issue with our septic system. Rod was quick to get to our place, diagnose the issue, devise a plan that minimised the cost to us and promptly organised the subsequent works to repair the pipe which was 1.5m below surface. He did a great job, highly recommend.

Can’t rate Roderick and ASAP plumbing highly enough. From the first call to the prompt, processional completion of our job. Roderick was professional, responsive, good value and did an excellent job! Chris and Naomi - Mowbray
