Jim's Plumbing

In Launceston, Jim's Plumbing draws consistently positive feedback from customers who describe the service as professional and well organised. A plumber named Frank is singled out for praise, with reviewers noting that he takes the time to explain the planned work beforehand and then walks through what was done and what was found once the job is complete. Clear communication of this kind is a point that comes up often across the feedback, alongside mentions of warranties and the maintenance required afterwards. Several buyers describe the work as fast and efficient, commenting that jobs are completed promptly without any drop in standards.

Several accounts note the friendly and professional manner of the tradespeople, with one describing the overall experience as great from start to finish. Fair pricing is also noted, one customer remarking on a good price for the service provided. The detail given before, during and after the work stands out as a recurring strength, with customers saying they knew exactly what was being done at each stage. Explanations of warranties and ongoing maintenance needs round out the accounts of a service that leaves customers satisfied with both the result and the way it was delivered.

Amazing and professional work, explained everything in detail so we knew exactly what they were doing, explained all warranties and maintenance needed. Completed the work fast and efficiently! 5/5 stars couldn't be happier with the service we received

Frank the plumber was amazing, he explained what he was going to do before he started the work than explained what he done after and what he had found. I highly recommend.
