Velocity Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Households facing burst hot water cylinders and blocked drains in Longford and the surrounding districts have turned to this plumbing firm in urgent circumstances, and the accounts that follow concentrate on how those situations were handled. Several customers describe cylinders replaced within a day of the first call, including one household where a new hot water system was installed and running within about two hours of contact, and another where a burst cylinder was dealt with early the following morning.

A number of reviews mention the speed of response to emergencies, with a technician arriving shortly after a call about a leaking toilet pipe and blocked drains cleared and a toilet repaired inside a couple of hours. Punctuality and fair charging feature regularly, as does the neatness of the work, with one bathroom left spotless afterwards.

Named staff members, among them Ben, Allan, Arlen and Brock, are singled out for courtesy, patience and the care taken to explain what was wrong and how it would be fixed. Several accounts note that additional problems, such as weak shower pressure, were noticed and corrected without being asked. Replacing damaged mains water lines, installing kitchen and pantry mixers and attending to hot water cylinders are the jobs most often described.

I'll never look anywhere else for a plumber. After having issues with the toilet in our new home, the guys were here to clear our blocked drains and fix the toilet less than 2 hours after I had called. Incredibly friendly team, super efficient work, left the bathroom spotless and even fixed our shower water pressure when they noticed it was weak which is a great added bonus! Couldn't be happier with the service :)

My hot water cylinder burst and Ben had it replaced early the next morning, very caring people from Velocity plumbing at a stressful time and a top tradesman sent to do the job, very helpful, and I'm thankful and appreciative of the work done.

After speaking to Ben this afternoon with a dishwasher install enquiry, Ben offered to send out Arlan to do the job. Arlan was proffessional and very friendly and did the job with absolute ease. Fantastic service. You guys will be our go to plumbing service. 5 stars 🌟 Darren and Christine Evandale

We recently used Velocity Plumbing to install two new mixers in our kitchen and pantry. We live in Longford so it was really nice to be able to work with a local business. Highly recommend. Very professional. Lovely to deal with and really helpful.

We were extremely impressed with everything about this company and can highly recommend them. Benn, Alan and Brock went out of their way to replace our damaged mains water line into the evening to ensure all was fixed before the Christmas break which was above and beyond our expectation. Superb!
