Bay Plumbing were amazing to deal with. Super friendly and helpful. Took the time to explain possible problems and fixes before coming out and were prompt and efficient when they were here. Would highly recommend.
Very happy with the service Lachlan and his team carried out and they were the only local (Torquay) firm I could find that could supply appropriate tools to carry out a water leak detection and in a timely matter as well! Highly recommended.
Prompt service for a straight forward plumbing issue. Didn’t quite get it right first time but were able to fix their mistake. Communication was not the best. Expect to pay on the day of service.
Professional, enthusiastic, and patient. Two very easy-going young people with excellent skills; they tested their work multiple times after completing a task. I will definitely use them again next time I need their services and will recommend them to my friends.
Amazing service! Both Laine and Eric, on two separate occasions were fantastic. They have the tools and new technology they need to get the job done! They talk through any other issues and let us know costs in advance. Very efficient and trustworthy! Nice work Bay Plumbing!

Huge thank you! I had a burst gas water system and was guided over the phone on how to safely switch it off. They booked me in for the next morning and had everything replaced quickly and efficiently. Super accommodating and speedy service, really appreciate the help!
