Bond Plumbing

Bond Plumbing has earned a loyal following across the Gold Coast, with customers returning over a decade for work ranging from drainage and leak detection to hot water installations and routine flow testing. Those who leave feedback describe the same pattern from first contact to completion: helpful people, clear communication and prompt arrival at the agreed time. Punctuality recurs across accounts, including one where the crew worked through rain and dug to 1.7 metres to locate a leak beneath a driveway.

Tradespeople named in reviews include Matt and his apprentice, who fitted a Rinnai hot water unit, Lee, who prepared the quote and sourced the appliance, and Jack, praised for patiently investigating a suspected apartment leak. Drainage jobs feature heavily, with additional drains installed and the site left tidy and grass largely undisturbed.

Reviewers often mention straightforward quotes, sensible prices and no unwelcome surprises, along with honest assessments and a willingness to explain the problem before starting. The team is also noted for politeness over the phone and in person, thoroughness from assessment through to execution, and the care taken with follow-up. Repeat bookings for annual testing and maintenance appear alongside new referrals, reflecting a business whose customers keep coming back.

Great service from the team at Bond Plumbing. The young fella who attended our premises was punctual, professional, and clearly knew his trade. He quickly identified the issue and did a great job. The office staff were also well organised and communicated everything clearly throughout the process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bond Plumbing and will definitely use them again in the future.

I just had a new Rinnai hot water service installed by Matt and his apprentice. Very happy with the communications, service and workmanship. Thank you to Lee for quoting and finding the unit for me.

Very reliable professionals, the whole job from assessment to execution was super quick and with a cear description and execution, no surprises. I recommend when it comes to drainage problems

I am very happy with the job that these plumbers did for me. The work is very neat and they did what they were asked to do.

Highly recommend Jack from Bond Plumbing QLD. This is the second time I’ve used Bond Plumbing and again I’ve had complete satisfaction with both their honesty and workmanship. I contacted Jack regarding a suspected water leak in my apartment and he was attentive, easy to communicate with and genuinely took the time to work through the issue properly. Bond Plumbing were also incredibly prompt, understood the urgency of the situation and were available even with after-hours concerns. Jack identified a cracked waste pipe under my bath and returned to complete the permanent repair. What impressed me most was that it initially looked like the repair would require removing a toilet and tiles to gain access. Instead, he went above and beyond by climbing through a confined wall cavity to replace the pipe from underneath, ultimately saving me significant time, mess and money. Professional, hardworking and clearly takes pride in doing the job properly. Very grateful for all his help and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Punctual, polite and efficient. Got our problem sorted without fuss and at a reasonable price. Came to us recommended and I would pass that recommendation on to others.

The guys turned up when they said they would. Found the leaking underground pipe and had a Plumber there to repair the leak earlier than we expected . Fixed the leak and we got back to normality . Really appreciated what the Bond plumbers did for us. So I have no problem recommending them
