Ben from Capital Plumbing attended my property today to fix a broken down pipe under decking that was hard to reach. Ben went the extra mile to complete the job which was great. He attended our property when scheduled and completed the works, including clean up in a timely manner. Thanks Capital Plumbing and Ben!

Nightmare to deal with admin and billing teams - quoted for a job that they knew we needed turned around ASAP, yet took 4 days to receive a quote. Quote was not itemised and when prompted was send the below ‘itemised’ quote. Poor quality communication and lack of transparency UPDATE: received another quote from another business - $1200. Shameful! UPDATE 5/6: it’s the fact you reply to this review and then delete it - rather than picking up the phone to a potential customer that had a poor experience to learn from it to me 🤷🏻‍♀️

Had Jake here today replacing taps fixing downpipes. He was very punctual considerate friendly and a great communicator. We were very happy with his work.

Had to call for after hours service when a pipe burst under my kitchen sink. They were quick to send someone out, Callum was friendly and efficient. Hopefully I don’t need them again, but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to use them!
