Brisbane Hot Water Service

Around Everton Hills and Brisbane's northern suburbs, Brisbane Hot Water Service has earned its reputation through hot water system replacement work. More than one customer describes Dean and Peter as pleasant and professional to deal with, handling installations of new units promptly and without fuss. A next day installation features in one account, with tidy workmanship and a sound product noted afterwards.

Pricing is a recurring theme: reviewers say the quotation sat above the lowest figure but arrived without extra charges or additions once the job finished, while other estimates came attached to conditions, and the amount itself was described as sensible rather than excessive. Explanation of each stage, both before and during the work, comes up regularly, with customers reporting they felt guided rather than misled. The whole process is called efficient and honest, straightforward in an old fashioned way, and a replacement is mentioned as completed without drama. Appreciation for the crew runs through the feedback, with hot water system replacement the service most often named.

Was sent straight to an overseas call centre where the operator wanted me to transfer 300$ just to even contact their oncall plumber, otherwise they could book it in for another day but I would still have to pay $50 for it, even when their website says $0 callout fee. The website name changes depending on which suburb your google search for "[suburb name] hot water services". Shady.

Fantastic service. Next day installation. Quote was not the cheapest but there were no hidden costs or add-ons after install (cheaper quotes came with lots of caveats). It was also nowhere near the outrageous quotes I received from others. Quality product, tidy install. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this business. Very reasonable price efficient and pleasant and most importantly honest. Compared with other deceptive plumber services this business is straight forward and old school terrific. Dean and Peter were a pleasure to deal with, replaced our hot water system quickly and without any fuss. Please support this business.

After receiving outrageous quotes to replace our hotwater system, Dean and crew from Brisbane Hot Water Service cane through with a reasonable priced replacement. Service from end to end was professional and straightforward. I did not feel as though i was getting a run around. Everything was explained clearly and the process was quick and efficient. I could not recommend this company enough. If you dont want to be screwed over by crazy quotes then do yourself a favour and call this business. They saved us thousands.
