BTC Plumbing

BTC Plumbing draws steady praise from customers in Bundaberg for the professionalism and thoroughness of its team. Peter is singled out often, with reviewers describing his inspections as detailed and his explanations clear, particularly for new homeowners who valued his patience in answering questions and sharing knowledge about unrelated concerns. Several customers highlight the speed and efficiency of the service, from the initial booking through to completion, and note that faults traced back to other tradespeople were tracked down and resolved with extra effort.

Tom is also named for his helpful and courteous manner, with customers remarking that no request seemed too difficult during visits covering multiple jobs. Reviewers frequently mention the friendliness of the team and the ease of communication throughout the process. The work itself is described as competent and professional, with customers expressing satisfaction with the outcome and a readiness to call on the company again. A recurring theme is the sense of being listened to and treated with respect, whether the job involves a routine inspection or more complex fault-finding.

192$ for fixing a leak 5 min job, I already knew where the leak was. Then responding to me telling me my charges were explained. 150$ call out fee. This means you are earning approx 15$ a minute at least on small jobs. Expensive. You advertise 24 hrs a day. Well this is false. Only when you want. Called you lunch time Saturday went to Voicemail, you had it turned off. And no one got back to me. 2 nd day of having no water. Just my opinion. I should have been a plumber

Peter was exceptional. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and very easily communicated what he saw. As new homeowners he was a welcome presence, listening to all my concerns, answering each and every question I had with kindness and a great wealth of knowledge, givining us tips/ heads up about other unrelated concerns too. I could not recommend him + his service enough. He is an expert of his craft.

Had BTC PLUMBING check out an issue that was caused by another plumber. They went above and beyond to track down the problem.I will definitely use and highly recommend them again. Thanks very much.
