Nuflow Wide Bay

Punctual, knowledgeable and fairly priced work is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Bundaberg plumbing business. Customers describe tradies arriving when promised, often after a call ahead with an estimated time of arrival, and getting straight into the task. Drain blockages, blocked main lines, septic and greywater systems, hot water units and bathroom fittings such as toilets and showers all feature among the jobs mentioned, alongside pool heater installation and the removal of old heaters. Johnno is named repeatedly for professionalism, a clean and tidy approach and clear explanations, while Kyle is singled out for communication and customer service on a pipe blockage.

Several reviewers note that the figure quoted held as the final price, and that the cost compared well with other quotes they had received. Tidiness after the work is a point that comes up often, with sites left clean and follow-up visits arranged where a refill or second stage was needed. Guidance on unfamiliar systems, including help understanding what should be checked and managed, is also praised. New homeowners and long-standing residents alike describe being kept informed throughout, and the completed work is consistently reported as done properly and efficiently.

A big thank you to Nuflow. My drains were backed up they came out the same day and solved the problem in 30 minutes at a very good price. .

We had Kyle out today for a pipe blockage. Kyle has great customer service, great communication and did a fantastic job. Thank you Kyle 🙏🏽

We had a hot water system issue overnight. The agent for the system couldn’t come for three days. I rang Nuflow and they were onsite within an hour. They identified a tempering valve issue and replaced it. All good. Outstanding service, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone with plumbing and/or hot water issues.

Wow! Very grateful to have come across Nuflow. After months of trying to find a reasonably priced, reliable plumber in Bundaberg, finally found our go-to team! Thanks guys for your prompt, knowledgeable and affordable service.

The lads turned up and did a great job, communication was very good. Explained challenges and got on with the job. Have got some more work to get on with and will be doing it with them 👍

We recently moved into a new home with a greywater and septic system, which was all very new to us. Nuflow have been incredibly helpful in guiding us through how everything works and helping us understand what needed to be checked and managed. They were professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with, and really helped take the stress out of navigating a system we weren’t familiar with. We really appreciate their support and would happily recommend them.
