O'Brien Plumbing Bundaberg

O'Brien Plumbing Bundaberg draws commendation from customers across the Bundaberg district for both emergency repairs and renovation work. Several reviewers describe rapid attendance, including one urgent call answered within a couple of hours and the fault corrected on the spot. Punctuality is a recurring point, with tradespeople arriving when booked and completing tasks without delay. Workmanship on kitchen and bathroom renovations and on toilet replacements is repeatedly praised, the finish described as faultless. Communication comes up often, spanning the first phone call, advice offered on site, and follow-up reporting with photographs of completed works.

Pricing is characterised as fair and reasonable, one customer noting that cost was factored into the recommended solution. Reviewers also mention the courtesy and professionalism of the young plumbers sent to jobs, along with helpful office staff who arrange attendance promptly. The team's knowledge and suggestions are singled out for particular mention, and the experience from first contact through to completion is described as well organised. Customers note that the same team handled their plumbing and bathroom work from start to finish.

Terrible at acting on promised timeframes. Incorrect information about warranty coverage - and tried to charge $500 for labour when it is covered. Then get the system back and it doesn’t work!! The gas hot water system hasn’t been programmed for gas - so the error code indicates. Would never recommend O’Brien Plumbing Bundaberg to anyone.
