De Rose Plumbing

Reliability from the first call through to the follow-up is the thread running through accounts of this Cairns plumbing company. Several customers describe urgent hot water failures being attended to and repaired on the spot, with one noting that the parts needed were already on hand when the technician arrived. Leaking hot water units, mains leaks and gas supply adjustments recur as the jobs discussed, and a point that comes up often is that work is completed properly rather than left partially finished. Tony is named for arranging the work and for a same-day repair that spared a household the expense of a new heater, while Clinton and James are thanked for how professionally they handled a system changeover.

Communication stands out, both before the visit and while the work is under way, alongside transparent discussion of costs and a readiness to explain the task. Reviewers mention tradespeople arriving when expected, being easy to talk to, and leaving the property clean with no rubbish behind. Comfort with having the plumber work unsupervised inside the home also features, and the services extend to drainage, gasfitting, bathroom renovation and roofing. Repeat bookings and referrals passed between neighbours appear across the feedback.

Best plumbing business in cairns! Absolutely great !

Wonderful quick emergency service. Another plumber I called told me regardless of brand if it needed parts it would be a 3 week wait, they told me no one has parts. De Rose Plumbing arrived in a just over an hour, had complex spare parts to fix my broken hot water service in their van, fixed it on the spot. And then after getting it working even spent time adjusting my gas supply to ensure optimal operation. Thanks so much, great experience, saved me.

Received great service from them.Communication was excellent. Mains leak problem detected and fixed in two days. I recommend De Rose Plumbing.

Our gas hot water system stopped working. We had a plumber look at it and they quoted us $2,000.00 to replace the entire system, which was not financially feasible for us. After days of cold showers, we called De Rose Plumbing for a second opinion. Clinton came by and had the hot water system back up and running within half an hour. We will definitely be using De Rose Plumbing again in the future.

De Rose Plumbing are a wonderful locally owned business. They are professional and efficient. Recommend 10/10!!!
