DJB Plumbing provided me with excellent service for repairing my broken heater this winter. The turnaround for the replacement happened fast, and the service provided by friendly staff. Great at communicating updates on the heater, arrival times, etc. Very impressed!

Rating is based on pricing only. Quality of work and technician were good. I rang for a quick job - a couple of washers in the kitchen. Was quoted $160 as an call out fee, but that covered 15 minutes. Parts were extra. Pretty standard tradie pricing. The plumber who turned up was friendly and conversant and explained it wasn't the washers, but the actual posts inside the tap itself. He replaced these and tidied everything up - a total of 15 minutes in the house. The bill I received was over $280! The work was good (not spectacular, but definitely better than adequate), but the pricing was astronomical! Will not be using again.

Daniel was fantastic to deal with. He was professional, efficient, and kept us informed every step of the way. What really stood out was his follow-up after the job was finished – it’s rare to find that level of customer service these days! The team did a great job fixing our hot water service and installing a new regulator, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. We were really impressed with the communication, workmanship, efficiency and attention to detail. Highly recommend Daniel and the team. Thanks again!
