One of those cases where I would give zero stars if I could, and regret ever setting foot here. Not a single part of the process of getting my wood heater installed was satisfactory. I came into the store and needed to repeatedly ask to proceed with a measure and quote. It took 3 weeks for someone to come out and they phoned that morning to advise they were 5 minutes away - lucky I was home! I never heard after the quote, so I followed up after another 3 weeks. They lost all my details so I needed to provide them again. Once we proceeded with installation, they did not turn up on the day of installation. After phoning at 10am, they advised they would attend within 90 minutes. After 2 hours, no one attended and we contacted again and were advised they would not be attending due to the weather. This resulted in a day of leave lost waiting for installation with minimal accountability. The following day, installation was arranged however I was mortified when I arrived home to a half finished installation. As I had been either lied to or forgotten about via telephone, I decided to attend in person to follow up. The attendant advised he had forgotten to inform me that a correctly fitting part needed to be ordered in and installation was completed a week later. I was told my certificate of compliance would be provided within a week. After 4 weeks, I had to follow up again. Again, my details were lost. There will always be factors beyond your control like the weather or parts, but lying to people shows utter disrespect. I needed to chase the Haymarket for literally every part of this service including countless phone calls, a day of leave lost without being advised of the change of plans, and the total process took over three months. Go ANYWHERE else

Five star service. Thank you Haymarket. Within two hours of walking into your store we had a new hot water tank installed. You could not ask for a better level of service. This isn’t the first time we have bought from Haymarket and if we have the need to in the future we won’t hesitate. Thank you.

Bought the Neo 2.5 by Pacific Energy Canadian wood heater. Great service and great prices. Installation was straightforward and the guys were happy to answer any questions we had. They were also very careful on our slate floors with boots, tools and a heavy unit. Installed in under two hours. Very happy.
