Elgas LPG Gas Dubbo

Gas cylinders, appliances and hot water systems form the core of what this Dubbo supplier provides, and customer accounts reveal a business with clear highs and notable lows. Several reviewers describe the ordering process as straightforward, with a cylinder requested and then delivered by early the next morning. A detail many reviews return to is the helpfulness of staff member Michelle, credited with sorting out supply issues for a customer in Orange and arranging a delivery after an accidental run-out, so personal service around supply problems recurs across the feedback.

More critical accounts describe supplies to the Mudgee area as frequently delayed, a billing concern where a cylinder was charged before it arrived, and unhelpful treatment at the counter when enquiring about a gas hot water system. These experiences sit alongside the positive ones, giving a balanced rather than uniformly favourable picture. The recurring strengths remain the ease of ordering and the efforts of named staff to resolve supply problems, while the recurring weakness is the reliability of deliveries beyond Dubbo.

Supplies to Mudgee are garbage and always delayed ordered a bottle 3 weeks ago and am now out of gas for the weekend thanks for nothing elgas plus you have already billed me for the bottle you haven't delivered. @ $200 a bottle delived Origin can do it for $160 free delivery.

Ran out of gas accidentally, Michelle was able to get me a delivery sorted within the next business day. Fantastic service, highly appreciated.

Great service. Ordered bottle on Sunday. Delivered Monday before 9am.

Loving people

Michelle from Elgas in Dubbo was extremely helpful this afternoon sorting out some supply issues for Lake Canobolas in Orange. Many thanks Michelle. You get a gold star for your efforts.

Shocking service, Michelle is absolutely rude and has zero customer service. Account closed and going elsewhere. If my staff spoke to my customers like that, they wouldn't have a job!

Complete ease of ordering, fantastic customer service. Your systems and processes are spot on. Thank you.
