Sapuppo & Sons Plumbing Services

Dubbo customers of Sapuppo & Sons Plumbing Services describe a family operation where punctuality and tidy workmanship are the norm. Steffan is singled out again and again for turning up exactly when arranged, for providing a written outline of the job with its cost the same day, and for keeping people informed as the work unfolded. Reviewers mention a broad spread of tasks handled over repeat visits, among them roof leaks, sewer CCTV inspection, toilet replacement, stormwater assessment and the fitting of new hot water tanks, with fresh water lines run to sort out weak pressure.

Gas compliance and certification for a new home, tied to its hot water system, features in accounts, as does a household water filter installation. Recurring praise centres on communication before and after a job, patient explanation of what needs doing, and a site left free of old material and rubbish. The standard of finished workmanship, the reasonable timeframe and the readiness to exceed expectations appear frequently, while taps and leaks repaired on later call-outs are noted as handled professionally.

Steffan was fantastic. He was on time for a quote at our property and emailed job description and price on the same day. We told Steffan we were happy with the quote and to go ahead. Steffan organised the job to be done on the following Friday at 730am. By 730 that day Steffan was at our place ready to start. He worked consistently all day till the job was done. Steffan kept me informed of his progress throughout the day. We are so happy with Steffan’s work and his communication throughout the process. We highly recommend Steffan and his team.

Boys gave me a quote and date to purchase and install new hot water tanks/systems and to run new water lines to fix my water pressure. They were there on time and all work carried out was completed quickly and professionally and went above and beyond my expectations. Left the site clean with all rubbish and old material removed

Steffan has helped me several times from roof leaks to sewer CCTV and toilet replacement to stormwater assessment. Highly recommend this family business. Prompt service, everything is quoted and explained prior and Steffan is an all round great person.

Urgently needed to get our gas compliant and certified for our new home, as it was needed for our hot water system. Not only was communication second to none, the service was prompt and professionally completed. Steffan did an amazing job, and explaining the process to us and what was required to be done to make compliant. We will be using Steffan for all of our future gas and plumbing requirements.

Had a home water filter installed, was on time , professional and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Thank you Steffan, for your attention to detail and completing the work efficiently in reasonable timeframe. We are very happy with the quality of your workmanship

Prompt, clean and quality work from this plumber. I've had a hot water system replaced, then later used them again to replace taps and repair leaks. Been great dealing with them. Good Tradies are hard to find. Glad I found these guys!!
