Pure Plumbing & Electrical PTY LTD

Households in Dubbo dealing with sudden hot water failures feature prominently in customer accounts, with reviewers describing how quickly the team at Pure Plumbing & Electrical responds. Several customers note that a call about a broken hot water system was answered the same day, and that a replacement unit was diagnosed, supplied and installed within hours of the first contact, including one job completed before midday after an early morning call.

Punctuality and a professional manner come up often, as does the care taken to explain the fault and the solution rather than simply completing the repair. Customers describe pricing as fair and reasonable for the work involved, with no sense of being overcharged for urgent attendance. The business handles both plumbing and electrical tasks, and reviewers mention hot water repairs and installations, general plumbing work, drainage and electrical fault-finding, with one account noting that safety checks and compliance were addressed as part of the job.

Communication before, during and after each visit is praised, and the team is described as courteous, efficient and informative, with work areas left tidy. Repeat referrals appear throughout the feedback, with customers stating they would use the same crew again for future plumbing and electrical needs.

Completed the job at short notice; Prompt response; Courteous to deal with and not overpriced. Thoroughly recommend!
