Fantastic company - have used the company twice for electrical at my elderly mum’s house - the staff are very kind, and punctual, as well as professional. My Mum was thrilled to see the same young man that did work at her house before, return again. Thankyou Fluid - would definitely recommend. Gail
Responded quickly to a blocked sewer on a long weekend. Was given a long term fix to the issue. A reasonably priced quote arrived the first business day after the weekend and the job was able to be done that week. The works was done neatly and has totally fixed the issues I was having.
We recently had Luke from Fluid Plumbing return to fix a leaking shower head. He knew there were existing issues with the taps and explained they might need replacing. Luke carefully checked everything and clearly explained our options: attempt a repair (with no guarantee it would work) or replace the taps. As we already had problems with the hot water tap, we decided to go ahead with installing new taps. From start to finish, our experience with Fluid Plumbing — and Luke in particular — was excellent. Booking was easy, we were given an ETA, and Luke contacted us before arriving. He turned up on time, fully prepared, and ready to help. We specifically requested Luke again because we were so happy with his previous work. We also discussed possible future bathroom renovations, and Luke was happy to share advice and rough costings, which was really helpful. As members of the Fluid Flow Club, we’re looking forward to our first electrical inspection on 15 May and will happily leave another review then. Saying we are “very happy” with Fluid Plumbing & Electrical barely covers it. Outstanding customer service, quality work, and great communication. Highly recommended!
Great service, prompt and efficient with friendly technicians, inspected all my bathroom and toilet connections as part of their service. My job was only small but no problem and they were happy to undertake it. Would recommend Fluid Plumbing for their prompt, courteous and efficient service.
Exceptional service, from the team I spoke to on the phone when booking to the plumber who attended site. He explained the associated costs before completing work and was courteous to myself and neighbours as the water needed to be turned off at the mains. He ensured the work was competed in a matter of minutes to not inconvenience the neighbours at all.
The guys have been brilliant. They came out for an emergency (twice in a week) and were very understanding and professional. We will be using them in future for any other jobs that we need done around our home. Thanks guys!!
We had a bathroom tap assembly install that needed doing. Luke arrived today promptly, and well presented, and after a brief chat, listened patiently to what was required. he explained the options that were available to us. He was friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable in his trade. He was methodical and efficient in his work, and even took the time to assess and organise a quote for another job we needed doing as well. As always, fluid plumbing delivered on all tasks and after using them many times, we would still always highly recommend their team. Their work is second to none..
