GPS Plumbing, Drainage & Gasfitting

Punctuality and thorough communication stand out as the qualities most often highlighted in feedback on this plumbing, drainage and gasfitting operator in Dubbo. Numerous reviewers describe being kept informed of arrival times ahead of appointments and receiving updates with photographs as projects advanced, while others note that work was finished on schedule and to a high standard. Ian Grattan, commonly referred to as Gratto, is named repeatedly for responding calmly to urgent situations, among them a burst water main and an air conditioning leak that had left other trades puzzled, and for exceeding expectations.

Praise also gathers around fair pricing and quality results on bathroom renovations, colourbond roof installation with flashings, guttering and chimney work, removal of an ageing solarhart unit and fitting of a replacement hot water service, vanity installation, gasfitting and general repairs across homes and commercial construction sites. Ilka is likewise commended for being straightforward to deal with. Accounts note that reported defects were rectified promptly and without fuss, and that the team remains friendly and professional throughout, handling drainage and septic work alongside routine plumbing.

I called them after my pet ferret somehow managed to get stuck in the drain (don’t ask). They responded quickly and without judgement, rescued the little troublemaker, and were fantastic to deal with. Great friendly local family business. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend GPS Plumbing! Their service was professional, reliable, and friendly from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job to a very high standard. It's refreshing to deal with a business that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work. I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

called about leak, said they would try to get out tomorrow...... 4 days later still waiting and no one answer phone calls

Reliable, efficient and did an amazing job at a good price. Can’t fault Gratto and his team. Definitely recommend.

Immediate and excellent service from Ian. He is always so reliable and friendly - and very reasonable with charges. We could not hope for a better plumbing service. GPS are the best!

Have had GPS do the plumbing for my bathroom Reno and also some general plumbing repairs needed around the house. The communication from this company is unmatched, was kept up to date of timing leading up to the appointment and then they carried out the work I needed in an efficient and professional manner.
